Buy One Blog Get One Free!

So before I get started there are a few things I need to address concerning friends and the future of my life.

First of all, Chris CALM DOWN we know you are the only true blogger in (The circle of friends) you have been doing this straight for over two months and have over 65 posts. Jeremy and I only started a week ago give us a break. Besides I am not gonna skip weeks I wont even skip more than a two days so don't worry.

Secondly, Jeremy since I have a job specifically at a restaurant I can now use that as an excuse to stay here Thanksgiving week instead of going up to Michigan with my family (which is hard to do because it's Michigan yet it's easy because it's my family) anyway that means I will be here for Black Friday with you guys with lots of money for a new laptop (YAY!!) as well as a few other things (like a 360, external hard drive, and anything else I can get real cheap). I was also thinking to myself "wow I will be here all by my lonesome... wait I will invite Eric and Jeremy over and we can drink and be merry on Thanksgiving night before we go to Best Buy to wait outside for 6-7 hours." So let me know what you think.

Which brings me to my last point before I dive into the last two days of my very optimistic life. As I stated up in my previous paragraph someone finally decided to hire my broke ass LOL. In Fridays post I talked about the interview and how well I thought it went, well it turns out it went better than I ever could have imagined cause not even 30 hours went by when I got the call asking if I was still interested. So now with this new development in the story that is MASSive O's life I finally have something to be genuinely happy about. Cause now I will have money for gas so I can start doing whatever I want, going where ever I want with no hesitation or restraint. (not to mention pay Jeremy and Eric back for all the McDonald's in the past few months :).) And with all that done lets get into probably the best weekend I've had in the past 5 months.

THE EVENTS OF SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 27, 2008
Saturday morning I barely woke up after going to bed at 4 a.m. and not sleeping very well which was another bad decision cause I had to be in Naples by 12 for yet another job interview. I slowly got out of bed around 10 after convincing my self that I REALLY need to get up and start getting ready to go to Pier 1. So I got up got a shower dewrinkled my "good" clothes and was out the door by 11:30. I got down to P1I at exactly 12 p.m. to find out that it would be a group interview *gulp*. I don't know, there is something so awkward about trying to beat someone for a job while they are sitting right next to you, to make it worse the two other people in the interview were pretty good looking females. As the interview got under way the managers explained that they were gonna ask a few questions and that we could answer whenever (you know fight it out to get the quickest and best answer out there first)and that we would be doing role playing (I HATE role playing just ask anyone that worked at Gamestop, I got a gun pulled on me LOL.) The first question, one of the girls got out a pretty complete answer and I was just left there shaking my head and not saying much. I thought to myself "shit I need to get some answers out there or they are just gonna dismiss me) so the next couple questions the girls kinda started the answer that was part true but I used my intelligence to come up with an answer that the girls would have never have thought about and I could tell that the manager was impressed with my well thought out answers. Last couple of questions were ones we all had to answer independently like what are your "Strengths" and your "Weaknesses" everyone hates answering those but those are the most crucial, whether you get the job or not usually rests on what you say. After the question portion of the interview it was now time for role playing (YAY) of course I was picked first with one of the girls to begin this awkward attempt of impressing the managers. I don't think I did THAT bad but I was asking questions which managers like and I think they knew that I was trying real hard, was understanding the idea of it and that I knew what I was talking about. After all this awkwardness we sat back down and they explained to us that they have this Pier 1 charge card that they try to sell to customers that get them 10% of their first purchase and 4 points for every dollar they spend at Pier 1 and after 2000 points they get a certificate. At that exact moment horrible flashbacks of Gamestop came flooding back to me and all the times we had to try and get fucking Subs!! Well at least I have experience selling stupid shit like that so I fully explained that experience to the managers which I think earned me some extra points in there books (I hope so). I can't believe that Gamestop might have actually helped me for once (who would have ever thought that would happen). After the interview was over I let the girls leave first and I continued to talk to the managers for a little bit about the role playing and some of the ridiculous scenarios that Seth used to pull on the game advisers at Gamestop they even got a laugh out of the one about the gun (again Gamestop's madness might have helped me, where am I the Twilight Zone?). So all in all I think I did the best out of the three there, but there was still another group of three to go through the torture later that day. I should know by Wednesday if I will have my second job of the week. After I got home there wasn't much to do except watch some college football as I turned a game on I scrolled through the guide and noticed that at 4 o'clock a House marathon was gonna start on USA so I quickly set a reminder. As I was waiting for 4 to roll around I was just watching a game when my phone rang and it was a number that I didn't recognize so I quickly picked it praying it was a possible employer, and thankfully it was, the restaurant I interviewed at not 24 hours ago. She asked if was still interested in working there, which was a stupid question as I quickly and excitedly said "Of Course" so she told me to come in on Wednesday to fill out some paper work and I assume to get my work clothes and my starting schedule. With my head reeling with excitement and disbelief I called my mother to tell her the good news. I at first played it off like I was calling for no particular reason and telling her I was going to need gas for Wednesday, she asked what for and I told her that I need to go fill out some papers at the restaurant, it took her a little bit before she realized that I had gotten the job. After I got off the phone it was close to 4 so I plumped back into the chair and turned on House which I watched until I switched over to the Michigan football game and noticed they had come back from a 19-0 deficit at the half and were now winning 20-19 with 10 minutes left on the clock so I stuck around to watch Michigan go on to beat #9 Wisconsin 27-25. The game just added to my excitement but after eating dinner I realized I was coming down for a crash so I decided to post an Interim Blog until I could resume where I left off the next day (which would be today). After the blog I headed straight for bed at around 10.

THE EVENTS OF SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 2008
After a day of excitement and joy and a restful night I realized as I got up at 10 a.m. that today was gonna be a really uneventful day. The only things lined up for today was Sunday Football and a BBQ with 3 huge slabs of delicious ribs (YUMMMM!!!). So I got up and headed out to the kitchen where both my parents were making up a grocery list for the aforementioned event tonight. As I looked for something to eat for breakfast my parents and I were having a polite morning conversation when I thought to myself how much the family is better off without the evil presence of my sister (I mean every word of that!) anyway shortly after the conversation I jumped on the computer and started doing some surfing when I felt a disturbance in the force (sweet two sci-fi references in one blog, it may be easy for Chris but its a little tougher for the rest of us) anyway the disturbance was obviously my sister and her pet bitch Mike Rush. By the time they showed up my parents had already gone to Publix to pick up the essentials of a good BBQ. When they got back I helped unload the truck of all the groceries with no help from the evil She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named (HaHa that makes three, I guess Harry Potter is sci-fi whatever) So my dad started the ribs and cutting ingredients up for the numerous different salads he makes as well as apples for his award winning Apple Pie(not literal awards but I am sure he could win if he entered a pie making contest). After a few hours of football and the smell of cooking food it was finally time to eat (YAY) even better was the fact that You-Know-Who was absent at dinner due to her junior powder puff football practice. So after dinner and dessert (Apple Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream YUM!!) I got back on to do some more surfing and this huge Double Blog and now that it is over I guess I will go watch some T.V. until I go to sleep for the night. Unfortunately there is nothing planned for tomorrow but I think I might go get a Honey Cigar(Chris knows about Honey don't you LOL) cause I feel like celebrating the turn around in my life. So with that I am out Bitch.

And

Peace Out!

Hahaha long blog means long comment. To start it out, I wasn't talking to you really. Ryan Kane hadn't posted in a month. I was sorta making fun of everyone on their status on Facebook as well from being "tired" which I thought was insane, seeing as I track their lives via status and message activity, and they always got plenty of sleep on a normal schedule. Don't worry, I know you guys will do better than the rest of them.

Congrats on the job, its good to see you won't be broke too much longer. Unlike me, who is now looking at his bank and about to cry. I get emergency funds Thursday, but that just means more debt. Go make some money and get back on XBOX Live so we can play Gears of War 2 online. It is a must.

As for the sci-fi references, everyone loves those! Only Harry Potter does NOT count as sci-fi. It is definitely fantasy. And actually Star Wars is fantasy as well. Some of the new ones dabble slightly into sci-fi, and the books and back story definitely do, but as it is they are fantasy. Don't you remember the huge fight that Miss Helms had with the class? Oh, you didn't have sci-fi class with us did you? Well Adam said Star Wars was sci-fi, so she went off on how it wasn't. I enjoyed that one.

I guess that's enough commenting for now.

Ok yea I understand about Kane (and he has the nerve to pretty much rip off the title of your "Days of Kane" bleh.

Thank you and yes hopefully I will have enough money for a 360 in a couple of weeks so I should be back on soon, and I cant wait for gears 2 you and I are gonna rip that shit up.

Yea I figured as much about the refrences but I still proud of my self that I could work in so many although I guess its not hard consider how genuinely EVIL my sister is. Nut I remember hearing about that argument I think Miss Helms told me about it. I Loved Miss Helms!!

The "Days of Kane" thing was supposed to be a flattering thing like mine. I don't mind that really. And I can't way for GoW2. We can get you, me, jeremy, eric, and my brother all in Horde mode to beat the entire thing.

Oh, and Miss Helms rocked.
