Depression and Social Media

This morning after getting to work I was checking my Facebook and saw something posted by ESPN about a girl who had committed suicide, her name was Madison Holleran. I have also had my own experiences with depression and suicidal thoughts, so I wanted to know more about her story. It was extremely well written and hit me pretty hard, I got a little choked up because I know how close I have come to ending my own existence. I am gonna post the first part of the article which really sets the tone for the heavy and emotional subject matter.

ON THE MORNING of Jan. 17, 2014, Madison Holleran awoke in her dorm room at the University of Pennsylvania. She had spent the previous night watching the movie The Parent Trap with her good friend Ingrid Hung. Madison went to class. She took a test. She told a few friends she would meet them later that night at the dining hall. She went to the Penn bookstore and bought gifts for her family.
While she was there, her dad called. "Maddy, have you found a therapist down there yet?" he asked.
"No, but don't worry, Daddy, I'll find one," she told him.
But she had no intention of finding one. In fact, she was, at that exact moment, buying the items she would leave for her family at the top of a parking garage. Godiva chocolates for her dad. Two necklaces for her mom. Gingersnaps for her grandparents, who always had those cookies in their home. Outfits for her nephew, Hayes, who had been born two weeks earlier. The Happiness Project for Ingrid, with a note scribbled inside. And a picture of herself as a young kid, holding a tennis racket. Over winter break she had told her dad that she was borrowing that picture, that she needed it for something.
She didn't say what.
Then, on the evening of Jan. 17, just after dusk settled on the city, Madison took a running leap off the ninth level of a parking garage in downtown Philadelphia.
She was 19 years old.

It is so incredibly heartbreaking that even up until her final minutes of life, she projected a normal life, and kept the pain and despair hidden away from her friends and family. She bought gifts for her whole family to leave at the top of the parking garage...
Talking about suicide is never a pleasant thing to do, especially when it is a teenager or a young adult who takes their life, because you can not help but think about the potential that will never be realized or the joy and happiness they could have provided. Pleasant or not, depression, suicide, and mental health in general needs to become a much larger topic in the National and even Global conversation. Unfortunately I have not done any research recently, otherwise this is probably where I would cite some statistics, but I can only speculate and discuss what I believe is happening to the Social Media Generation.
Nobody can deny that social media has had an incredible impact in our daily lives. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and even Reddit has made sharing ideas, beliefs, and information almost instantaneous, and I think this year has proved that point time and time again. From the attacks in Paris to the earthquake in Nepal as well as the multiple mass shootings and racial tension in the United States. details and information were either being streamed or tweeted and reported on by the second. It is amazing to be able to watch things unfold as they happen in a country on the other side of the world, but there is a darker side to social media, when you shift your focus from the happenings of the world to the mundane events of every day life.
Everyone is guilty of it and it is not necessarily a bad thing, it is just the way social media is used, no one likes to post things that may make someone feel bad especially on platforms where you mostly interact with friends and family like Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. For the most part it is harmless, you simply want to spread happiness and share your good times with the people that you love, but when that is all you post it is a misrepresentation of your real life. It is a facade, a flawless veneer that is hiding all the negative and worst times underneath. It is unfortunate but I feel like today's youth who are constantly checking and rechecking all of their social media apps see nothing but fun and happiness coming from their friends and family and it is not real life, but it is, what is being perceived. They look at their friends who they may have graduated high school with and see nothing but promotions, new material things, parties, significant others, and starting new families and can not help but feel like maybe they are not keeping up. It causes a lot of anxiety and worry about what they might be doing wrong, and once that anxiety takes hold it starts to fester.
So, not only does social media help to perpetuate the unreal ideal of ones life and true state of mind but it can help to camouflage your own insecurities. In the story of Madison, one day her mother saw a picture her daughter had posted on Instagram and said "You look so happy at that party." and Maddy replied "Its just a picture." the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words, but those words do not necessarily have to be true. From the outside looking in, Madison seemed like she was living the perfect life, she excelled at school and every sport she played, had been offered multiple scholarships for soccer and track, and ended up a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania where she took the track scholarship. Still with all of these things going for her, she just was not happy. I am sure all of her friends and family wish they would have done more, but how could they have known they needed to do something? On the outside and through her Instagram she was a normal teenage girl who was enjoying life, even posting a beautiful Instagram photo of trees lit up the night of her suicide. Through the lens of social media everyone seems happy but that is not realistic, life is full of highs and lows. When people are comparing their behind the scenes to everyone else's highlight reels it creates an unbalanced expectation of how life should be experienced.
I am gonna end this blog post with a little snippet of an earlier Facebook post where I posted the link to the article and wrote a short paragraph. Writing that, actually inspired me to kind of elaborate here and sort of get back to writing in general. Sometimes I really nail an idea in my head and it comes out very well in text form, I feel like I need get my voice and ideas out more, instead of keeping them locked away in my head.

Social media helps to perpetuate the skewed perception of other people's life's compared to your own. Almost everyone filters out the most negative things about their self and only post what they want people to believe their life is like, yet fail to see or understand that everyone else is doing the same thing and instead take things on social media at face value. So remember, everyone is dealing with shit underneath the surface and social media is just a lens that people want you to see their life through. It's ok to not be ok and there is always someone there for you whether it be friends, family, or some stranger on the Internet who will understand you when things seem hopeless.

Well until next time...

A Lot of Things Change, But Some Things Never Do

Well... Here I am once again...

Overall I am in a better place now then when I posted on here last, I am back down in Florida and have been for close to 2 years and I have been in a stable residence for the last year and a half. I have great roommates and we all get along which is something I havent had other than when I lived with my parents. For the most part everything has been going very well (except for the last couple months of summer) I now have 2 nice Country Club jobs and I am making good money again! Hopefully I will be able to get my finances straightened out and start saving for College! So things are certainly looking up... Though I cant shake this weird feeling and I think I know how to resolve it.

Very very soon I need to get back to eating healthier and working out again (also stop smoking)  because I have finally come to the point where I cant stop thinking about how shitty I look and feel. I know that it doesnt have to be this way, I have been healthier before and I can vaguely remember how amazing I felt when I worked out 6-7 days a week and ate things that helped to support my body and not destroy it... Hopefully writing about it here will help get the motivation cogs turning, they may be a little rusty. I am always fucking tired and it really makes it hard to be productive. I am surprised I actually sat down and took the time to write this, baby steps. Well, tomorrow I need to get up early and get a new tire for my car and shop for some real food, I also need to clean out my car, do some yoga (maybe some other body weight exercises) If I can do all of that then I will feel like I am on the right track (also if I can go tomorrow without buying or smoking any cigarettes) it all might be a little too much for me but I need to be strong! I can fucking do this!

Back Again...

It's pretty amazing that I always seem to find my way back to this blog, I dont know how or why the feeling over comes me to write some more in my online diary, but alas, here I am. Well I am in a new location once again, and I am still not sure if its for the best or not. Though I am certain that I am completely tired of packing up and moving about every few months. Hopefully in the end I will have helped to accomplish something for my family and not just myself.

I am currently in Augusta, Georgia living with my cousin, her husband, FOUR kids! They arent bad, just... you know... kids. I still have not found a job and it is really starting to take a toll on me, I really just need to start working to give me something to do as well as some income to start putting my life back together! To tell you the truth, I have let my life get completely out of hand. My finances are in a complete wreck and it is a bit tough to realize how much I am in debt right now. As soon as I can start working though I will finally start focusing on resolving ALL OF IT instead of ignoring anything having to do with money. Once I can get a grip on some of it and can some what breathe again I will be able to start looking into getting back into college and getting started on my goal of becoming an R.N. I have three things I will be focusing on, My money (lack of), My Mind (college), and My Body (losing weight) once I start working that should not be too hard, right?

Other than all that serious personal shit, I have been thinking of legitimately giving YouTube a shot as in make videos regularly and see if anyone would care about what I have to say. In real life I am great at making friends and talking/listening to people why wouldnt it translate to online people? The only thing is that I will have to get over my fear of seeing/listening to myself on video, I feel like I am just weird and fat and people will dismiss me or worse, ridicule me. Then I think FUCK IT! wont hurt to try, what is the worst that could happen? So soon I will start working on content, I already have a few ideas but not sure how my execution will be... But fuck it is almost 4 am so maybe I should close the laptop and come back after some sleep... I wish I could talk into the camera as naturally as typing out text... Well until next time...

Seriously if ANYONE reads this feel free to leave a comment or something I love talking to people about ANYTHING haha

Relocation!

So yea this is crazy! Currently at a computer in the West Quad of the University of Michigan! hahaha

About a month ago my family and I came up to Michigan for a reunion and after spending a week here, the ball started rolling. On the long drive home my mom and I started talking about it and after plenty of cousins offering up places to stay if I made the decision to pack up and head north, I thought why the hell not. Considering I didn't at the time have a job in Florida (though I had a few options) there wasn't really enough to keep there. Though I ended up leaving really good friends behind, I had been telling myself since we moved down to Florida for the last time that I would be back! Anyway When we got back down to Florida my parents and I started making arrangements to make the trek. >>Fast Forward>>

So my parents ended up right across the street from my dads cousin Marcia, they are in a fairly small cabin but they dont need much right away and my dad should be picking up some work here soon! As for me, the intro is pretty self explanatory, I am in Ann Arbor with my wonderful cousin Kari (who will prob end up reading this :D so ill try to keep it positive ;)...) But seriously it is so crazy how natural this all feels considering I saw her a month ago for like a day and before that it was like 4-5 maybe 6 years ago. Granted we have kept heavily in touch over facebook and spotify and occasionally we would skype but none of that is comparable to living with them in a fairly small apartment. Though it has only been a few days (could be a "honeymoon phase") I think this is gonna be as awesome as we imagined all the time! Nothing has felt awkward or weird, I have met a few of her friends and they are all amazing and hopefully they feel the same about me!

So yea a lot of things have happened over the past week this was just a very condensed version! I really wanna blog again to archive the plenty of epic times I am gonna have in Michigan! I am so much happier then I was in Florida (sorry to all my friends down there I do miss you all) it will be even better when I find a job or two and can start having even more fun and saving up money!

So excited for the Future!!!!!!!

Till Next Time...

Hey New Blog Post!...

Kind of was putting this off but I suppose I should(want) to blog some what regularly. Although to be honest the past few days have been pretty boring, I worked all day Sunday, NFL Sunday Ticket up at Grandezza and we actually got pretty busy. I was getting my Bartender/Server on and killing it! But seriously the last two days I have just been working on my K/D (Kill/Death Ratio) on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, I am trying to get it up to a 1.00 ratio for the first time since I started playing CoD games. It frustrates me so much when I play shitty and I know I am better than that (#FirstWorldProblems) Other than that I have been internally struggling to get my fat ass to the gym but have yet to succeed on that front, there is hope for tomorrow as I need to get new front tires so I will have to leave early for work hopefully I can fit the gym sometime in there. Well I guess a short blog but a blog nonetheless and its progress towards consistency... Is there anyone even reading? Oh well its really for me anyway. Chronicling my life!! Until next time...

Peace.

Roller Coaster of Emotion

Wow... Well... Um... Yea...

I have internet again...
I also have gotten some what of a promotion... (making more money)

My dad had a heart attack and could have died this past Monday... (He is still alive thankfully)

So yea my week has been pretty up and down, but hey I am back here blogging again! Yay and now I am thinking of Vlogging again, now that I have internet again! I also have not worked in a week which feels pretty weird cause I took 4 days off for the MW3 LAN that some friends and I had. It kicked off with a terrible and unexpected start.

I was getting ready to leave, getting my stuff in order and my dad asked when I was leaving and I told him like 45 min and he asked me to check on him before I left, he said that he had gotten "overheated". Well like 10 min later he called me back into the living room and told me to call my mom cause he felt like he was having a heart attack, so I did as told and called her of course she started freaking out then my dad told me that I needed to call 911. So i hung up with my frantic mother and called, as I was being talked through the situation my dad called my mom to reassure her and so then we waited for the ambulance. My dad is so amazing, he not only recognized the symptoms right away but when I was looking for aspirin he knew that he needed "low dose" aspirin that was on his night stand. Anyway when the ambulance got there they loaded him up and told me what hospital they were taking him to, I then relayed the message to my mother and took off for the aforementioned hospital. Now I was fairly calm considering through out the ordeal of calling 911 and waiting for the ambulance but when I was on my to the hospital it hit me... and hard, that there was a good chance I might lose my father today and I just started balling. I just do not know what I would have done if he had not of made it, I mean he is my (cliche) hero, the man that taught me everything I know and how to even be a man, the one I have modeled my life after, I am an extension of him. I cried all the way there and even more once I got there and saw my mom, grandma, and aunt. Then my mom told me that the paramedics told her that he had gotten there just in time, I lost it... He had a blockage in one of his main arteries and he was in the middle of a heart attack when he arrived at the hospital. We had to wait for awhile and were told that he was going into the Cath lab where the would check to see where the blockage was and how much damage had been done from the heart attack. During this my sister and her boyfriend started home from Watchula?. So after a little while the doctor came in and said that it was a minor heart attack and not damage had been done and they were able to insert a couple stints in the artery to free up the blockage so no major surgery. He also told us that after about 30 minutes we would be able to see him in the I.C.U. they originally said two at a time so of course it was my mother and I and as soon as I saw him I broke down again, just to see him alive after knowing there was that chance that I would not have gotten to, it was too much... We hung out for awhile then they let my aunt and grandma back to see him before they left and shortly after Katie and Clayton got there. We all just hung out for awhile just happy we were all still here...

It is getting late...

Night...

One Day at a Time....

Wow that last blog post was a doozy! But hey that is how I was feeling at that time and isn't that what this blog is for?... Yep it is, I have calmed down a little now and as the title suggests just taking things one day at a time. Financially, Health wise, and life in general, sometimes people forget that they need to live in the now and not stress too much over what has not happened yet.

Financially im continuing to get things under control only have one more payment of $157 then my car will be completely paid off (YAY!) and season is like a month and a half away then I will be to busy to spend money and will be racking up hoursand overtime so hopefully around March I should be in no debt (maybe my student loan still unpaid in full) but should have quite a savings built up!

As far as my healthiness is concerned, I just started at LA Fitness and the reason I like it there so much is they have a basketball court right in the gym. I love playing basketball, it is fun and an extreme full body work out with cardio built in. So I can shoot hoops to warm up then go run and lift and close out with more basketball. I will be active for longer and the beginning and ending with some basketball will make my gains during the other two activities more efficient and more substantial! Plus I am probably going to go back to a mainly granola/protein bar and protein shake diet hopefully with some organic vegetable and fruit juices.

I am also thinking of Vlogging a little again, of course the videos I would post on here... well I guess that is all I have for today, maybe I will spill all about the changes happening at work tomorrow ugh but until then...

Peace. ☮

Change is MotherF#$%ing Difficult!

"It is easy to tell yourself that you are ready for change but tough as hell to actually change yourself" -ME about 5 hours ago via Google+

The truest words I have typed all day! Its so wonderful to think about all the life changes you want to make but then reality kicks in and you realize that the shit is not going to just happen. You actually need to do shit to accomplish goals, but you are already so use to not doing a goddamn thing and kinda just getting by. You tell your self that everything will work out but if you are not doing anything about it then no, no it will not work out! You will still be a fat piece of shit that just shits around not doing anything to lose weight, continuing to eat shit that you KNOW and TELL yourself every fucking day that you should not eat but you eat it anyway!! Seriously What The Fuck!! I don't know... Maybe I am being a tad hard on myself but fuck it nothing else is fucking working... I will get my Fat ASS to the gym tomorrow whether its LA Fitness or the Gym at the country club I work at. I need to at least start running everyday and get back to lifting. I need to actually use the juicer I bought and eat the vegetables and fruits I fucking bought! I once lost 20lbs in ONE month but somehow I have lost sight of whatever motivation I used to achieve that! I need to find it or another form of motivation! Maybe writing this is stimulating something deep down or maybe I just need to read this every morning to get my self to the gym!

I do not know... But Shit HAS to CHANGE! I can NOT continue to live like this!!!

Over-Hyped/Short Blog

Well today was not nearly as exciting or fun as I was hyping it up to be in my mind, oh well, at least I did not have to work! Now I can not wait til I get paid on Tuesday so I can go out and get a Juicer and start my juice fast. I recently watched a documentary on Netflix called Fat, Sick, Nearly Dead.

I want to start it as soon as possible, on top of that I need to get back in the gym hopefully between the two I should see some pretty extreme results and some real positive changes!

First Night Back Home

Well it is official... I am now living with my parents once again. After I hooked my media station all up all I have been doing is playing Call of Duty: MW2

Other than the fact I really dont have any official bedding arrangements, it kind of feels good to be back home (Like a security blanket) A lot of pressure seems to have been lifted and now I can get to paying off everything I owe and then I will be golden!! I can not wait to not have to worry about what I cant pay every paycheck!

It is 2:00am and I should be asleep cause I work all day tomorrow (10-9) but I will be alright, I might even attempt to go on a run before work so I will let you know how that goes tomorrow... So until then...

Peace. ☮

Home is Where the Heart Is,,,

So once again I find myself returning to my blog... Well a lot has been happening and I guess that is one reason I have returned, but also because now that will be back living with my parents it almost feels like I should (also thinking of vlogging again) There are a lot of Pros/Cons that come with this move but ultimately it is the best thing for me to do and I am a little excited. Not only do I finally have (stable) internet again but I really do like hanging with my family, of course in a couple weeks I will be complaining about no privacy and my shitty bed arrangement but hopefully the fact that I wont be living paycheck to paycheck will help to offset those cons. Now that I wont be responsible for $300 in rent and after one more payment my car will paid off (which is another $320 a month) I will finally be able to save again. Take into account that I will be working full time during season again (I didnt last season because of school) and all the money that will be staying in my bank account, I will finally get out of this hole I have been in for months now, the relief from that will be so satisfying.

After I am completely moved back in (tomorrow night hopefully) I can put my focus back on getting healthy and again getting out of debt. I need to start hitting the gym everyday again and eating healthy, which reminds me that when I get paid in a week I want to buy a juicer and go on a fruits/vegetable juice fast. I recently watched a documentary on Netflix call "Fat, Sick, Nearly Dead" and the couple of guys it focused on lost extreme amounts of weight in around 60 days although they saw drastic losses after 10-30 days. So I am hoping that no matter how long I can last on it that it will hyper reboot my body and completely clean myself out and super nourish my body so that the running and lifting I will be doing will be even more effective!

Its funny I have been fairly down for the past couple weeks, with all these different people calling for money and my phone company threatening to turn my phone off (again) but the past few days after I came to the conclusion that I needed and would move back in with my parents I have felt happier and more optimistic. Everything will be alright... It is not the end of the world... soon this will have passed and I will be on the other side happier than ever.

So yea once I do get to the other side of season and I have all this money saved up (hopefully) I want to take an extended vacation to Georgia to visit my favorite people in the world. When I am up there though I might look and feel around for jobs just to get an idea if it is even plausible to make to jump. I mean I do have friends here and I really do not want to abandon them but I honestly believe I need a change of scenery and maybe the month long vacation will suffice but in case it does not, I should be prepared. Another thing is that I have been thinking about applying to ITT for their Drafting and Design program but if I move to Georgia the only campus is in Atlanta 2 hours from where I would be living, but if I stay here there is one like 20 minutes away, just something else I need to factor in.

The reason I always find myself coming back is that when you really need to get something out but you really do not want to talk to anyone about it face to face, you can always just put it here. Not only that but everything is archived and it really is a trip to read things a year old and sort of realize that things either have or have not changed all that much for better or for worse...

So until next time...

Peace. ☮

Postponed Canoe Trip Leads to Free Day

Like the title says I was supposed to have gone canoeing today but was postponed due to "lack of participation"

So with nothing urgent planned for today I didn't get up and around til around 11:30am. I eventually made my way to my moms house to hang out with my sister and Clayton (my new favorite pastime) We were trying to figure out what we were gonna do with day and I wanted to hit up the mall for some different gauges and I also ended up buying Star Wars: The Force Unleaded. On the way home I made a detour to our car insurance place, they needed a copy of my registration.

After we got home katie gave her boyfriend Clayton a haircut before we headed to the pool for some fun. We played with a volleyball and just hung out, we eventually got bored and went back to the house to watch Requiem for a Dream... Holy fucking shit that movie is fucked up lol I've always heard about it but I'm really glad I've finally watched it, it was pretty amazing.

After the movie we decided to go to the gym (its a little bit easier for me to if other people also wanna go) so the three of us hit it hard. I started with a mile run then all legs, Leg press, some calf exercises, then up and the stairs while holding weights (its great for cardio and the legs) then I finished with some abs. We left after all that and now I'm home with no internet so ill post this tomorrow when I should get my phone turned back on yay! Well work in the a.m. so until then...

Peace.

Busy Sunday!... oh and USA Lost!

Well had to be up around 8am and needed to be to work by 9am. Mission Accomplished! I thought it would be nice and slow at work maybe do like 20 people or whatever, well we ended up doing close to 80 and when its only one server and me it gets pretty frickin crazy! A bonus was that time sort of flew by and before we knew it we were heading out the door at 3.

I had to rush home for the World Cup Final! and what a game it was, just like all the other USA games it was drama filled and unfortunately they fell to Japan when it came down to PKs (Penalty Kicks for those not cultured lol) Was a little upset but Japan played a great game and hung in there, well deserved for country in turmoil.

So around 6:30 I headed up to my parents house to hang out, use the internet and watch Big Brother at 8pm with my mom. So up until 8 i just hung out with my sister and her boyfriend listening to music and stuff. Then it was time for Big Brother! Man I love that show (the only Reality TV Game Show ive kept up with).

Now ive just been in my sisters room hanging out and watching movies listening to music and now we are watching Community! (prob my favorite sitcom ever) Im prob gonna leave soon cause im tired although I was supposed to be going on a canoe trip tomorrow but it got postponed so now its a free day and I might go to the mall and buy some gauges for my ear. Oh yea I have started gauging my ears lol Im currently at a 10G which is really quite small but ill get bigger in time. Well tomorrow should be a better blog day lol so until next time...

Peace.

Finding Inspiration in Old Blog Posts

Well currently I don't have access to internet (sad panda) I steal from my neighbour but he doesn't always have it on. (So ill post this in the morning)

Tonight I thought I would download the Blogger app just for the hell of it and ended up reading a lot of old posts! It reminded me that its good to have a record of your life to look back on for nostalgia purposes but also to see where and how far you've come.

Today was extremely boring but sometimes you need days like that, mainly hung out with my sister and her boyfriend just listening to music and what not. Although finally around 9 we headed out to some bar South Street in Naples (filled with a lot of hot women *note to self visit that place more often!!) We were there to support a band my sister and have seen locally oh and I use to work with the bassist at Gamestop! Lol They were great and was really fun! Hopefully next time ill go hang out the whole time and get a little drunk (I was too broke tonight) but now I'm tired and have to be to work at 9am and then canoe trip on Monday. So until next time...

Peace.

Constant Thoughts

Mmmmm There is always a lot on mind, Constantly thinking about the kind of person I have been, the kind of person I am, and the person I wanna be. Do I do the right things? sometimes its hard to tell. Do I really believe in what I think I believe in? Do I know what im doing? I hope I do *sigh* Am I really happy? What is happiness? sometimes its hard to tell. So many questions! When will they be answered?... "Death gotta be easy cause Life is hard, itll leave you physically, mentally, and emotionally scarred" I should blog again

Is Summer Really Over?

Well not for me but for a lot of people it is so this weekend was crazy full of blowout parties and people getting wasted for the last for the next few months!! and it has been a pretty good weekend!

So Saturday I worked til 3, so I just chilled at my house and played some games til like 10:30 when I went to pick up Eric and headed to a party in Coastal (Margie) anyway started drinking haveing some fun and cracking some jokes at peoples expense lol! then i realized the eric had disappeared so i called a couple and he finally answered! He was in Lauren Knerams room getting ready to smoke lol so I quickly jumped in without being detected and we got pretty high!! soon after there were whispers of the cops so me being high and paranoid immediately jumped in laurens closet to fucking hide, eric was in with me not too long after. Also I dont know if it was a voice in my head but I swore i heard a cops voice from the living room ask if everyone was 21! so i was freaking out! but apparently they just shone a light from the parking lot or whatever. Any way shortly after Eric and I feasted on some McD's and i dropped him off and headed home for the night

Slept from 4-1:30pm lol I got up and did my internet thing then played some Bioshock (I cant believe it has taken me until now to REALLY play it lol Loving it so hardcore!) anyway around 3:30 I went to meet everyone at the Ropeswing, when i got there some people were to to get this stuck guy out. Well they got him out and the jeep that got him out had to get the trailer out that the other guy left so we went to help push but i should have stayed back but instead i tried to get on the inside of mike and ended up slipping and the fucking tire on the trailer ran over my ankle!!! i was freaking out at first but luckily we were in some soft sand and the sand gave way instead of my foot so my foot is broken or anything just sort of a road rash that kinda burns a little lol. We weren't there long and decided to go back to Mikes and then get some 4 Lokos (an energy malt beverage)(A.K.A Dangerous) later. At 7:30 I had to start my fantasy football draft (went pretty good) So we got the booze then just hung out in mikes back driveway had some fun, listened to some music, rapped a little and cracked some wise lol but we were all pretty fucked up by 10 and around 11 we decided to just all go home lol so ive been here doing my internet thing and started catching up on some Naruto: Shippuden! so im super tired and until next time...

Peace.

Riding Dirty

Hey guess what?! I got another fucking ticket!!!!! Atleast it wasnt a speeding ticket, some stupid violation of traffic control devices. He could have gotten me for speeding but I think he gave me a break cause they searched my car for weed and found nothing! So yea that was fun! After that I went to pick up Eric and Mike Low to hit the beach and have fun.

Which we did we were out for a couple hours but it kinda got boring, we did play a little volleyball and threw the football around a little. We all left around 1:30 i think and Mike, Eric, Stina, and I went back to chill at Mike & Stina's. We played some ping pong (im getting pretty good) and some fooseball, Mike made us some chicken patties cause we were starving lol and I started a high score list on their pinball machine! We finally left around 5:30 and I had to take Eric home, then I finally got home and really have done anything since then. I have watched Step Brothers and discovered some new music but its pretty close to bed time (I am extremely tired) So my sister and I might go hang out with Mike & Stina again tomorrow cause we dont have any other plans and neither do they.

So until then...

Peace.

By Night, I Salvage A Life

So again did absolutely nothing all day except finish catching up with Big Brother and the True Blood episode from last night. Sorry Kari I didnt vlog but I probably will tomorrow.

OK around 8 we decided to head over to Mike Low's house where we played a shit load of ping pong and some poker while trying to find a party, luckily for us a friend had some beer so immediately set out for some beer pong! Beer didnt last long and I was back home by 1:30 now there is like 6 people in my sisters room and I need to go to sleep! Beach tomorrow morning!

So until then...

Peace.

Financial Woes...(Cash Rules Everything Around Me)

Damn it man, this really sucks. Although when you are in the biz of Food & Beverage here in Florida summers are always gonna be kinda rough. It just sucks when you cant get enough hours, its getting really hard to pay all my bills plus I need to pay for school (and i need to figure something out by the end of Tuesday) or I have to drop my classes! SIGH!!!!!

Well today I really didnt accomplish anything :( i just watched a little Big Brother to catch up. At 6:30 I did get around to make it up to Gator Lanes at 7 to bowl with Jeremy, Derek, Adam, and the rest of Tommy Hilfiger, we raised money for Breast Cancer! (Save the Boobs!) So anyway now im back home eating peanut butter M&Ms and watching more Big Brother. I was gonna hit the gym but I dont know I really just wasnt in the mood, I am stressing over all these financial issues. My mom needs money for car insurance, I need to atleast start paying for this semester, oh and my phone bill is due, and since i was sick last week my check is gonna be extra small so I dont know how im gonna pay all that plus my car payment on Friday (well Saturday) FUCK man I need my FASFA to finish processing argh!!

Well tomorrow morning I definitely need to hit the gym and maybe work out some of this stress. I also need to call Edison and see if there is anything I can do, I might need to just sit out this semester and wait for my Fin. Aid and start up in the spring when I have Aid and money from season. I hope it works out, I am sure it will some way. I just hate stressing about this shit, its no wonder why I already have grey hairs! lol

Well until next time...

Peace.

Wow...

So weird to be back! How to proceed? lol its been so long. I really want to blog again but how to catch you up and where to begin? Well last week I had the flu and a 104 deg fever for a few days so that was fun!

Work has been really slow and hours minimal so I am pretty broke :( and will be for a month or two at least till season starts back up again. Today I pretty much moved a whole bunch of shit cause the kitchen is gonna be completely cleaned out over the next week (the club house and golf course are closed)

Then when I got home I just watched season 5 of Weeds all day and now I am pretty tired lol

So yea maybe ill start Vlogging again and post them here (you can check out a couple Vlogs Ive done at http://www.youtube.com/user/MASSiveO25)

Be sure to comment if you have something to say. I need to get some followers and viewers for my Vlog/blog for some motivation idk

Well until next time...

Peace.
